Purchased by HQH in 2001 as a yearling, it quickly became apparent he was exactly what we had been looking for and more!
He has proven to be an asset to our breeding program by following his sire's legacy- producing versatile, talented horses.
Though never shown, he has competed extensively, and is a money earner of local ranch rodeo and penning competitions, as are many of his progeny.
Whiskey's colts have long been our go-to horses for ranch work and rodeo events. We look forward to starting his colts every year! They are trainable, fast learners and are eager to please. They are super cowy, extremely responsive and athletic, with plenty of speed and ability.

Our Whiskey is sired by Paddy's Irish Whiskey, an AQHA Reserve World Champion, NRCHA all-time leading sire and NCHA money earner.
He is most well known for the versatility of his foals who have earned $1,436,000 in cutting, reining, reined cow horse, roping and versatility ranch horse events.
His maternal sire, Doc O Dynamite is an all-time leading cutting sire, with earners of over $684,000. He sired 28 AQHA point-earners as well as winning barrel horses such as Easy Does it Doc, earner of $200,000.
